食品中四环素类药物残留检测前处理及分析方法研究进展

四环素类兽药残留是目前重要的动物源性食品安全问题,检测食品中四环素类残留对人体健康具有重要的意义。检测食物基质中痕量兽药残留依赖于有效的前处理方法和精密的分析仪器。本文阐述了四环素类兽药的研究背景和现状,并对国内外食品中四环素类兽药残留的传统提取技术和新型提取技术等前处理方法及检测方法进行了综述,为动物源性食品中四环素类药物的残留监控提供参考。

Tetracyclines residue is currently an important problem in food safety, and the detection of tetracyclines is of great significance to human health.The determination of tetracyclines in a complex food matrix mainly relies on an effective pretreatment method and precision instruments.We summarized the research background and status of tetracyclines, and reviewed the research progress both at home and abroad on traditional as well as new pretreatment technologies and detection methods of tetracyclines residues in food, so as to provide a reference to monitoring tetracyclines residues in food.
