苦竹多部位13种元素分布规律研究

目的:测定苦竹不同部位的13种元素含量,分析苦竹不同部位元素分布规律。方法:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-MS和ICP-OES)对苦竹不同部位13种元素的含量进行测定,并对测定结果进行单因素方差、聚类和主成分分析。结果:苦竹不同部位13种元素质量浓度与吸收强度的线性关系良好(r ≥ 0.997 6)。结果显示K在苦竹笋中含量最高,As在笋壳中含量最高,Ca、Mn、Cr、Mg、Hg元素在苦竹叶中的含量最高,Cu、Cd、Pb重金属元素在苦竹枝中含量最高,Zn、Se、P元素在苦竹根中含量最高。不同部位元素含量具有显著性差异(P<0.05);13种元素将苦竹不同部位分为两类,其中笋、根为第1类,笋壳、叶、枝为第2类;zn、p、k、pb、cu、mg、as是苦竹不同部位的特征性元素。结论:苦竹各部位对13种元素的富集趋势总体表现一致,不同部位间对不同元素的富集程度具有选择性差异。

Objective: To determine the contents of thirteen elements in different parts of Pleioblastus amarus and study the distribution of these elements in Pleioblastus amarus. Methods: The contents of thirteen elements in Pleioblastus amarus were determined by the methods of microwave digestion-ICP-MS and ICP-OES and analyzed by the single-factor variance,clustering and principal components methods. Results: The thirteen elements had good linearities with mass concentration and signal strength (r ≥ 0.997 6). And the results indicated that K and As were the most abundant elements in shoot and shell,respectively. The most abundant elements in leaf were Ca,Mn,Cr,Mg and Hg and the most abundant elements in branch were Cu,Cd and Pb. The most abundant elements in root were Zn, Se and Pb. The elements in different parts showed significant differences (P ≤ 0.05). Different parts of the Pleioblastus amarus were divided into two categories with the thirteen elements. Shoot and root were classified into one category, and shell,leaf and branch were classified into another category. Zn,P,K,Pb,Cu,Mg,As were the characteristic elements of different parts of Pleioblastus amarus. Conclusion: The enrichment trend of thirteen elements in each part of Pleioblastus amarus is the same but the enrichment extent of different elements is different among different parts.
