CYP2C19基因多态性对侵袭性真菌感染患者伏立康唑游离型药物浓度的影响

目的:考察CYP2C19基因多态性对侵袭性真菌感染患者伏立康唑游离型药物浓度的影响。方法:收集三峡中心医院使用伏立康唑进行治疗的患者的血液标本,进行CYP2C19基因型检测和伏立康唑游离型药物浓度测定,分析CYP2C19基因3种亚型对伏立康唑游离型药物浓度的影响。结果:78例患者的伏立康唑平均游离型药物浓度为(2.33&#177;1.09)mg&#183;mL-1,3组CYP2C19基因亚型患者伏立康唑游离型药物浓度有显著差异(P<0.01),组间多重比较显示,3组cyp2c19基因亚型患者伏立康唑游离型浓度为em型

结论:CYP2C19基因型多态性对伏立康唑游离型药物浓度有显著影响。

Objective: To analyze the influence of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism on unbound plasma concentration of voriconazole in patients with invasive fungal infections (IFIs). Methods: Blood samples were collected from patients with IFIs, who treated with voriconazole in our hospital, and detected the CYP2C19 gene polymorphism and unbound plasma concentrations(Cu) of voriconazole. Results: 78 patients were enrolled, the average voriconzole Cu was (2.33&#177;1.09) mg&#183;mL-1. Significant difference was found among the three CYP2C19 subtypes (P<0.01), Multivariate analysis revealed that, EM<IM<PM in Cu of voriconazole(P<0.01). Conclusion: CYP2C19 gene polymorphism influence Cu of voriconazole significantly.
