门冬氨酸洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液拉曼光谱快速鉴别方法研究

目的:利用拉曼光谱技术建立门冬氨酸洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液的拉曼光谱快速鉴别模型。方法:采用包装完整的样品在785 nm波长的激光下进行拉曼光谱扫描,获取样品200~2 400 cm-1的拉曼光谱信息,选取合适的光谱预处理技术,运用主成分分析法(PCA)对光谱数据进行降维处理及粗分类鉴别,基于偏最小二乘分析法(PLS),建立门冬氨酸洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液的快速定性鉴别模型。结果:通过采用相同及不同品种的样品拉曼光谱进行模型验证,门冬氨酸洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液的所有光谱相关系数(r)均在阈值之上,均显示通过,而其他品种的光谱r均在阈值之下,均显示失败。结论:该模型用来快速鉴别门冬氨酸洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液是可行的,为该品种的快速鉴别提供了一个新的方法。

Objective: To establish a rapid identification model for aspartic acid lomefloxacin glucose injection by Raman spectroscopy.Methods: Packaged samples were scanned by Raman spectral with 785 nm wavelength laser.Raman spectroscopic information at 200-2 400 cm-1 was acquired.With appropriate spectral pretreatment technique,rapid qualitative identification model for aspartic acid lomefloxacin glucose injection was established with principal component analysis(PCA) partial least squares analysis(PLS).Results: Model validation was performed with the Raman spectra of the same and different varieties of samples.All r values of aspartic acid lomefloxacin glucose injection were above the threshold and passed.The r values of other species were below the threshold and failed.Conclusion: This model is useful for the rapid identification of aspartic acid lomefloxacin glucose injection,and provides a new method for the rapid identification of this species.
